Policy Duration
Our policy lasts for 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at Contact@Venlor.store.
Shipping
If you are returning an item worth more than $25/£/€, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs for the replacement product may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
