When will I receive my items?
All items are produced and shipped within 6-9 business days from the date of purchase, excluding order processing time (1-3 days). Please check the "Shipping Policy" page for more details and delivery times. If your order has not arrived on time, contact us at Contact@Venlor.store.
Where can I find my item?
You can check the status of your order by accessing the ORDER TRACKING page. To do this, click on the "Order Details" link in the shipping confirmation email (which you will receive when the product is shipped). You can also enter your order confirmation number or tracking number on the ORDER TRACKING page in the Support section of our website.

What is your exchange and return policy?
Return Instructions: If you would like to return an item to Venlor, follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Pack the items securely in the original merchandise packaging. All products must be returned in their original condition. If the received product is damaged, contact our customer service.
Exchange: If you would like to exchange a product, contact us at Contact@Venlor.store, and we will process your request.
What happens if an item is "returned to sender"?
If your order is marked as "undeliverable" and returned to us, we will reship it at no additional cost.
What if my item is damaged?
If your item has defects or an error on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost. You will not need to return the damaged product. If we cannot replace the product due to stock shortages, we will refund your money or send you a similar item of your choice.
What should I do if I received the wrong product or my product is defective?
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please email Contact@Venlor.store, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will take care of it immediately and cover all costs for delivering the correct product. We will send you a new item and handle the return of the incorrect product. Our order processing team consists of real people, and while we do our best to ensure a seamless online shopping experience, mistakes sometimes happen. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologize again for the inconvenience!
